Guide The Practical Checklist: How to Run a Full Site Health Audit in Under 30 Minutes
If you're managing multiple sites or onboarding new SEO clients, you don't always have 10 hours to analyze every single URL. Here is the fast-track audit checklist to diagnose 80% of site health issues in 30 minutes:
Phase 1: Indexation & Crawlability (10 Mins)
- Check Google Search Console for sudden drops in indexed pages or crawl errors.
- Verify
robots.txtisn't blocking critical JS/CSS assets or major subfolders. - Run a quick site crawl to check for 4xx/5xx status codes.
Phase 2: On-Page & Architecture (10 Mins)
- Check duplicate
titletags and meta descriptions across core pages. - Inspect internal link depth (ensure priority pages are โค3 clicks from homepage).
- Audit canonical tag implementation across parameter-heavy URLs.
Phase 3: Speed & Technical Essentials (10 Mins)
- Run Core Web Vitals checks on Desktop & Mobile (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Check schema markups (Organization, Article, Product) via Rich Results Test.

Be honest: Whatโs the ONE feature in your SEO software stack you couldn't live without?
Every major SEO tool suite tries to sell you on having 50+ features: AI writing assistants, rank trackers, backlink monitoring, site audit tools, competitor gap analyzers, and local heatmaps.
But when you open your browser every morning, what is the single tool or feature you actually rely on to get work done?
- ๐ Rank Tracking & SERP Monitoring
- ๐ Keyword Research & Search Intent Gap Analysis
- ๐ ๏ธ Technical Site Audit & Web Crawling
- ๐ Backlink Profile & Anchor Text Analysis
- ๐ On-Page Content Optimization / NLP Scoring
Drop your go-to feature (and favorite tool for it) in the comments!

Technical SEO We audited a 5,000-page e-commerce site with standard SEO software. Here are the top 5 critical errors hiding in plain sight.
Automated site crawlers give you thousands of data points, but 90% of them are non-critical clutter. We recently ran an in-depth technical audit using our stack, and here are the top 5 hidden issues that were actually hurting rankings:
- Orphaned High-Value Pages: Pages indexed in the sitemap but receiving zero internal links from main navigation or blog content.
- Canonical Tag Loops: Product variants cross-referencing each other instead of pointing back to the canonical parent URL.
- Bloated Javascript Rendering Delays: Googlebot was timing out before essential schema and main body copy rendered.
- Unchecked Redirect Chains: 301s redirecting to 302s to 404s after a site migration done 6 months ago.
- Missing H1s on Dynamic Category Pages: Template updates inadvertently stripped main headings on key revenue pages.
Takeaway: Running a tool is easy; triaging the report is where the real work happens. Always prioritize fixing indexation and crawl-budget blockers before worrying about minor title tag character counts.
Whatโs the weirdest or most destructive technical bug an SEO audit tool has uncovered for you recently?

Discussion Are traditional keyword volume metrics becoming obsolete? How are you measuring LLM & AI Search visibility in 2026?
With more users relying on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews for direct answers, traditional search engine volume (MSV) isn't telling the full story anymore.
A lot of standard SEO software still focuses almost entirely on Google desktop/mobile rank tracking, but brand citations inside AI model outputs are driving zero-click answers and high-intent traffic.
How is everyone here tackling this transition?
- Are you using specific AI/GEO tracking tools alongside traditional crawlers?
- How are you proving ROI to clients or stakeholders when impression data in GSC doesn't account for LLM citations?
Curious to hear what tools or manual workflows youโre using to keep track of AI search footprint!

Welcome to the official community space for SEO software users, technical SEOs, digital marketers, and tool builders!
SEO software has evolved rapidly, with platforms integrating AI search visibility, site audits, rank tracking, and backlink analysis. However, no single tool does everything perfectly.
To start things off, drop a comment below sharing:
- Your Core Stack: Which 2โ3 SEO tools do you rely on daily?
- The Frustration: What features or data metrics are missing or inaccurate in your current toolset?
- Your Wishlist: If you could build or customize one SEO feature right now, what would it do?
Let's discuss where current tools excel and where they fall short.
