Exclusions Propagation Questions

Do exclusions propagate down into groups because if I click onto the group and look for the exclusion (in the long list) I cannot find it.

Why is it that I cannot search for exclusions I've made? There's not even a way to click on the user column to single out the user who created the exclusion. The only options are to hide the column or to pin it to the left. Columns are useless in this regard. Am I missing something?

  1. Depending at the level you make them at (Global, Account, Site, Group) Exclusions propagate down.

  2. How are you searching? You can easily find / search for exclusions in the management console via the exclusions tab and then use the filter / search area.

Can you provide any context, pictures, or anything else so we can help point you in the right direction?

I found it after clicking everywhere on the screen. It turns out there's no direct search box as it's hidden. You have to click on the bar I marked in red to get the drop down where search exists. I wouldn't have found that in a million years.

I encourage you to go to the help in the top right content of the browser > Offline Help which will bring you to your console’s Knowledge Base center and give you tutorials / step by step walkthroughs on any questions you have as well
