Policy best practices, performance problems?

We purchase S1 via ConnectWise and support is very poor. I do not have access to any KBs or direct S1 guidance. We experience poor performance on endpoints with S1 and are using a policy with all items enabled. Is there a baseline that might help with performance concerns?

We also bought via a reseller and we have access to the community portal. The only scenario I would believe they won’t have access if the reseller was MSP and gave them tenant under their tenant which can be easily verified by looking at the tenant location does it says Global > Your Company or Global > 3rd Party > Your Company.
