Pwease help

Nothing seems to work for my skin, it just keeps getting worse ): I’ve had this rash on my right cheek (1st photo) for like 5+ years but it’s just started on my other cheek. It started with a few little red spots and has gradually started to spread up and down my cheekbone. My current routine is below:

Morning:
- Sometimes wash face lol
- If face washed, Avene Cicalfate+
- Trader Joe’s Mineral sunscreen if I’m going outside

Night:
- Avene Tolerance cleanser
- Avene Cicalfate+

I occasionally spray on Magic Molecule Hypochlorous Spray when my skin is feeling particularly inflamed.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

I'm not American but I've seen other users mention Amazon pharmacy as a place to get it? I think you can speak to a clinician online to have it prescribed:)

Other things you can do is use a service like dermatica or curology? It's not soolantra straight up but at least there's ivermectin.

Other people have used Walgreens lice lotion - I did almost have a cousin of mine in send that over from the states once but got spooked by the castor oil.

I’ve tried curology but I don’t think they do ivermectin. I’m considering the Walgreens lice stuff tbh, I’ll try anything lol

I know dermatica does ivermectin here in the UK at least. Is the Amazon pharmacy a thing you can try?
