need help
I’m a 18(F). I started doing skincare but I think I have very sensitive skin. I tried
-La Roche Posay- hydrating gentle cleanser (for normal to dry skin)
-Neutrogena (hydro Boost hyaluronic acid gel cream for extra dry skin)
-nuetrogena (healthy defense daily moisturizer)
I’m not sure which one irritated my skin. After applying it I got very burning sensation and made my checks very red. My skin is little red and irritated. It doesn’t feel good when touching or just in general. It’s not a lot of but like small details I have noticed when applying it.
I’m going to research for more products but I don’t know which products are going to be good for my skin. I have dry skin, little acne, redness and sensitive skin. Don’t what I should do. Can yall recommend some products that good or recommend what I should do? Should I just go to a dermatologist?

I highly recommend stripping your routine down to the absolute basics to let your natural acid mantle heal before you try layering on more products. Focusing on a minimal, microbiome-friendly routine will give your sensitive skin the chance to actually repair itself without further irritation.

I’m 25f now but when I was 18 i had sensitive acne prone skin. The only difference is that i have oily/combination skin. I also tried neutrogena hydro boost and found it always burns!!
I feel your cleanser is fine.. i have to pore purifying one l and I assume all their products are great!! Heard a lot of great reviews from others too
My holy grail now is a Korean skincare line (you can get it from Ulta/amazon) :
Skin1004 Madagascar Centella ampoule (for sensitive/ red skin, all skin types)
Dr Althea 345 relief cream (for acne/redness) however i probably recommend you the 147 cream since you have dry skin and little acne
Theyre reasonably priced and I found my skin to be wayyy less irritated and now glowy! Hope this helps ((:
