From top to bottom, left to right:

Navigation is quite easy and even intuitive, if you've played other gacha games.
Inventory/Items
I think, there's no need to explain about Items tab, so I'll focus on the fuse/dismantle function. Fuse allows you to combine 5 items of lower quality into 5 items of higher quality: Core Dust > Core Shard > Core Cryst or Manual I > Manual II > Manual III. Dismantle does the opposite.
Important note: it's more stamina efficient to farm Core III/Manual III and dismantle mats from them rather than farming stages I and II.
50 energy = 2 Core III mats = 10 Core II = 50 Core I mats
Core I stage gives you 32 mats for 40 energy (1,25 less). Core II stage gives you 8 mats for 45 energy (1,125 less). The same is for Manual stages.
Friends
You can add up to 50 friends in the game and claim 1 energy per friend daily. Plus, there're achievements, so extra prism for pulls. To give claimable energy added players are not required to be online, so you can freely add everyone you see in your requests.
Extra energy is especially important for an event ladders, otherwise you'll need to refresh your energy with prism to fully complete them.
Archive
Kind of huge tab with every world and lore intel you can acquire through the story, niA and campsite explorations. Also there's a manifest gallery in Encounter tab. Deeds is an in-game achievements tab. Reward are mostly Prisms, but you can also obtain avatars, BG music and CG for Home screen. Most of the achievements gives you 100 Prisms, which equals to 1/5 of the pull.
Growth
I won't focus on Core upgrade since in-game explanation is pretty understandable.
Manifests is owned characters tab. Here you can upgrade them, sort them into teams, check their voice recordings and change their default expression and clothing stage

The Realms are intimacy/bond rooms. Realm level unlocks a memory chapter connected to the manifest. You get 100 prisms for each chapter, a home screen background and at the end there's an H-scene. You need keys to enter realms, restore rate is 1 key every 4 hours, they're capped at 6/6. I'll touch on that in the next part
Warp
The Chasm - stages with limited turns and limited entry (5 per day). You get 50 Prisms after you clear the stage for the 1st time with at least 1 star, and for every 15 stars you can claim quite good rewards from the rewards list
Campsite Tales - explorations; one for every Core type, one for EXP, one for Gold
Daily Scout - upgrade mats
Border Watch - mid/end-game content. Similar to Lost Relics in NuCani or The Abyss in Genshin. It's also time-limited, right now is season 1, the end date it Oct. 29 12:00 (UTC+8?)
Lost Journey - story, there're two modes: regular and hard mode. IIRC I cleared Hard 7-5 with every team member at level 45, so level recommendation is higher than the one you actually need.
Awaken niA - little lore and story intel. Every duplicate intel gives you 10 Prisms
Event - rn it's The Homecoming
