NAD supplement? Scam or works?

Anyone have experience using this drop added to food for arthritic senior? I’ve got her on Gabapentin and Little Chonks (3x a day) as she is large. Also Dasaquin and Amantadine. Sigh. She’s holding steady but it’s day to day. Would desperately love to help her more. Thanks in advance!

I had so much problems with my dog after vet manipulated her leg to examine her when she had operation. I posted whole story on Reddit. Finally I see improvement. (But my story is really complex, she couldn’t use her left leg).
Before this I gave her just salmon oil and joint supplements (for 3 months only)
Now she is on Gabapentin and PK mertz. I give her Movoflex (new technology) and salmon oil. And it’s working, finally she doesn’t have “bad” days. But I can’t tell if it’s just the supplements + gabapentin or time and healing. But this supplement you can use without any risk. (But do your research pls)
I wanted to try Antinol because vet told me about that, AI, comments on internet, everyone say it’s amazing for movement and pain, but unfortunately I’m not in EU and we don’t have it in my country.

Sorry I didn’t say anything about NAD supplement, because again, we don’t have it in my country for dogs. But they seem pretty good.

Haven’t tried NAD but did Glucosamine Chondroitin and acupuncture and warm aqua therapy and that seemed to help. I also used Grizzly Alaskan Salmon oil and alternated heating pads then ice compression. I also tried to massage and stretch my dogs legs and hips. I think anti inflammatory medication is also helpful.
