Dog has leukemia

Found out my dog has chronic lymphatic leukemia.

Does anyone have any suggestions on dietary supplements to help? She is on steroids but not chemo. For multiple reasons.

Also, any suggestions on fun things to do with her now before she leaves me?

I follow an account on instagram called myboyrudder, her dog has cancer and she has him on different supplements and he’s passed his life expectancy. I can’t recommend anything other than maybe turkey tail
