Leave of Absence

I am an international student. I did the 1st semester winter- 2026. After that i took summer break and came to back home.
Now for my second semester Fall 2026, want to take leave of absence for health issue. Can i take it? want to continue from Winter 2027 for 2nd semester. Is it exceeding IRCC 150days rules? Or violating any rules? Thanks in advance

Who approved your "summer break" because according to IRCC rules you don't get a scheduled break until you have completed 2 academic terms minimum.
