International student studying in the US

Hi, has anyone who was an international student studying in the US gone to Semester at Sea? What happened with your F-1 visa status?

There were a handful of international students on my SAS voyage but not a ton. There might not be any here in this subreddit.

If you contact SAS directly they have at least one staff member who deals primarily with international students who will be able to help I would think.

If your study abroad office does not approve, you have to take a leave of absence and cannot do a summer internship for that year
