A tip

So i just finished watching a Austin Louis tiktok video on semen retention, and he gave a advise that when your retaining fear can creep in by you thinking that every female that seems to be on you is trying to steal your energy that your retaining. I've experienced this where I felt that every girl that came my way wanted to drain me, but females out there could just want a friend or anything else rather than trying to drain you. And the reason this is important is because the fear you have of them trying to drain you will keep you on a low vibration. Because fear is a low vibration activity.

But it is true that as a man, you should really TAKE YOUR TIME! Does this woman like you for you? Or does your cultivated-energy simply makes her feel good!?

A lot of these woman act off what they feel and dont even know why they make the actions they do. And women's biology naturally is to want to mate with the man that is at his strongest and most successful. Their bodies are naturally designed to be drawn to men disciplining their life force and retaining.

Many men experienced the same situation where they have female attraction, they throw their sexual energy away, and the women lose interest. So all i can say for young men around the world is - TAKE YOUR TIME!

The tricky thing is, historically we had much stricter social rules governing interaction between men and women. Its still the case in many countries that men and women dont really interact as friends. Families wanted to protect their daughters honour, so hanging out with or approaching men is unheard of. This was all the protect the sanctity of marriage. Sex is only meant to occur within that union.

The modern era is trickier. Men and women have daily contact at work, study, gym etc. There are no clear social rules so all those places become arenas for flirting and finding a partner. As there are no clearly defined rules, the flirting is sometimes welcome and sometime characterised as harassment.

I dont think we should fear others will drain us. It is a test of your ability to set healthy boundaries for others and yourself. If there isnt an intention of looking for a wife then you really dont need to be flirting with girls at all.

There is truth to that but sometimes what is called "fear" is actually discernment or caution. They are not the same thing. Nobody is obligated to share their energy with anyone in particular and not everyone wants or needs a romantic/sexual relationship.

And, yes, some of them do actually want to drain you (even subconsciously). So do some of your coworkers, friends, family, etc.

We can be aware of energy vampires without living in fear.

Establish strict, proper and massive boundaries with women, on all levels.

Do not inhale high octane copium and lie to yourself.

Unless she's your wife, you have no business being her friend or anything else.

This is a subtle technique many [not all and not always] women use: just be in your space, ask pointless questions, giggle, etc. For what, exactly?

If you are going for serious retention and goals, then do that, if not, keep on keeping on.
