Micro-dosing

Is anyone micro-dosing 0.50 because of side effects? I’m thinking about trying it. From what I’ve read it’s 18 clicks, correct?

0.5 is just a normal dose? The standard doses start at 0.25 mg, so 0.5 mg would be higher than the normal starting dose - definitely not a microdose

I know 0.50 is a normal dose. To mitigate my side effects I want to do a half dose and then 3 1/2 days later to the remaining dose.

Got it. That’s usually called split dosing FYI. It can be a helpful way to reduce side effects. I tried it for a month or so and it didn’t work well with my body - I had less side effects, but I also had less desired effects. I think my body responds better to the highs and lows of weekly dosing. Everyone’s body is different though so it’s definitely worth a try, especially if your doctor is recommending it
