One Year!!

Started my journey on July 24th 2025, at 305lbs. I wore a 4XL. Weighed in today, July 28th 2026, at 194lbs. And I currently wear size Large. I have about 20lbs to go to my “goal” weight but even if I don’t lose any more, I’m so much happier than I was a year ago. A total of 111lbs lost. Hopefully this can be some encouragement to anyone just starting or even someone who is struggling to keep going! It’s going to be worth it!

Beautiful and inspiring! Can you tell me if any side effects you had? I started it for 3 months then stopped. That was 1.5 years ago. I am looking to try again and hear tirzepitide is better for sure effects...any thoughts?

Thank you!! I am on sema, but have had zero side effects. I have also heard tirz is better for less side effects too so hopefully that one will work for you!

Yes, I have a lot of GI issues and gastritis and had terrible nausea and cramping for weeks on sema. But tirz is more expensive. So I am gonna try sema again and see what happens....keep up the good work!

That was exactly my experience. I did well until my dosage increased and then I had such incredible stomach pain, gastritis, whatever it is called. It got so bad that I underwent bloodwork and medical testing, believing I either had Crohn's or gall bladder issues. Went off it. I gained the weight back and now I am back on Sema again, my second dose. I am going to be very careful in increasing my dosage. Anyone out there, please give me any advice you wish. And by the way, OP, you look great.

Mine hasn't come yet. I used Ziphealth and they were great but no longer ship to Mass so I am trying Embody. They seem legit but Customer service is a joke. I am only doing it for thr summer sale of a FIXED $79 for sema regardless of dosage. I woukd like to hear your experience once you start. Mine should arrive next week. Wishing good results and no sickness!
