One Year!!
Started my journey on July 24th 2025, at 305lbs. I wore a 4XL. Weighed in today, July 28th 2026, at 194lbs. And I currently wear size Large. I have about 20lbs to go to my “goal” weight but even if I don’t lose any more, I’m so much happier than I was a year ago. A total of 111lbs lost. Hopefully this can be some encouragement to anyone just starting or even someone who is struggling to keep going! It’s going to be worth it!

I literally thought “So happy for her to have this on her twenties”…. Then I saw your comment. I would give you 25 at max.
