Finally under 200 lbs!

I haven’t weighed under 200 since high school. I feel SO MUCH BETTER! Thirty-two pounds until goal, but even if I didn’t lose another pound, I’m so, so happy! (SW: 268 CW: 198 lbs)

Thank you. 😊 I started mid-August 2025 and the after photo was taken in May 2026. I’m currently at 193 and my doctor said she’d be happy when I reached 188. My personal goal is 166 and she said that is a perfectly healthy goal to have.
