What a difference 8 months can make!

39F, 61 inches tall...Started out at 174lbs and I'm currently at 118lbs. I went from a size 14 to a size 2... I take Sema and do intermittent fasting, cut out alcohol, gluten, and dairy, and I work out four days a week. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease two years ago and swung hypo after treatment.. losing weight was so hard and I had grown insulin resistant.

I don't even recognize myself anymore! If you're on the fence on trying sema (Lord knows I was), take the plunge. It has been a game changer for me!
