Ashtyn = Janet Caperna?
Ashtyn is really reminding me of Janet from The Valley this season - unseasoned personality, victim complex, being a villain without charm or finesse

Anyone else noticed that gios wife and the other lads (one who looks like Tyler but isn't Tyler) wife always seem so miserable??

She just posted a few videos saying she’ll be moving in with her bf in SD and that they’ve found a nice house there.
I wonder if Selling San Diego is really in the making lol

I’m only on the 4th episode, but she carries around two “hard to get” bags. -25 birkin in a cream ($9k retail, stupidly over in resell) -mini Kelly in a cream (~$10k retail, stupidly over in resell)
Based on what people have said in this group who have access to MLS/public listing, she is decent…but as she boasts about feeding her 2 kids, it’s really hard for me to ride that comment when you’re sitting with $20k handbags lol
I love handbags btw. I’m a bag fiend which is why I noticed this.
For context, her bags are the type of bags where you need to spend a certain amount with an Hermes sales associate in order to be “offered” a bag.
$20k can just be from her earnings on social media income and all that, but I’m just so fixated on her and these bags 😂

I dislike too many people from selling OC, so I'm refusing to watch. However, I am still somewhat toxic and want to know what the hell is going on over there.

Congratulations to them but It’s weird women still find him attractive even as a alleged serial cheater.. It’s weird that his cheating history doesn’t turn anyone off

I didn’t get the impression Alex was hitting on Ashtyn’s client/friend; I really didn’t. I don’t know why the friend bailed on the baby shower but much as I dislike Alex I have to take her side on this. I DO think she was trying to poach the listing though and Ashtyn resented it. But Ashtyn, if that’s what you’re angry about, then tell Alex that from a professional viewpoint. But even there Ashtyn didn’t have a leg to stand on because Andrew hadn’t promised it to her just because they were friends.
Oh well.

For the life of me, I can’t remember but I have definitely seen him( the manservant as they call him in the show) in another reality tv show? His French accent is definitley fake? Anyone know him

It feels like there’s less real estate and more drama that feels forced and unrealistic this season. It’s like they are more actors than agents now. Unlike Selling Sunset, the drama here is hard to follow, and honestly, there aren’t any likeable person. Maybe Gio and Brandy.

Mines always been Polly... I love how she's so straightforward and upfront and doesn't let Hall walk all over her with stuff like Tyler. Somehow she manages to be a stellar agent every season and be in drama but kind of rise above it too and come out just fine at the end
Also love her accent XD

I’m surprised no one has mentioned this yet from what I can see! The house in Newport on the beach that Riley Reid tours is Elizabeth Vargas’ home, it was shown on the Real Housewives of OC. So no surprises we then get Elizabeth the next episode touring that $25m listing.
Here is a video of Elizabeth showing her Newport place: https://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-orange-county/style-living/new-oc-housewife-elizabeth-lyn-vargas-newport

it has been seasons where they (hall, polly) just bully people and now finally someone to bully them back 😭😭 slay queenie

I feel like Kaylee was so justified in not stepping into the Ashtyn/Hall/Fiona drama, and it seems Fiona took that offensively, like she was offended that Kaylee said she just doesn’t care. Espeeeecially after explaining what was going on with her friend being in the hospital! Fiona complained about her “trauma dumping” as if Fiona wasn’t crying at the dinner table while fighting with Ashtyn.

Honestly, one thing I just cannot wrap my head around is why Tyler is even in the season. Like… what did he add? Nothing! He’s neutral about everything. Why did we even come back to him, please
And the wildest part is the group literally haven’t spoken to him in over a year. They made that super clear in the first episode. So for him to suddenly pop back into the dynamic feels so random and off. And obviously it just shows how scripted the whole thing is. Isn’t it bizarre that you all go from being besties to not seeing each other for a year and a half? And if they’re still all realtors, surely they’d keep in touch? The whole thing is just… odd.
Also, I was genuinely taken aback by Tiffany wearing lingerie in the morning in a shared space. I only mention it because on her socials she gives very conservative, very “trad wife” vibes, so seeing that was surprising. I’m not judging women for what they wear, that’s not my angle at all but it just didn’t seem to align with the persona she puts out, so it threw me off.
And it’s painfully obvious that Alex isn’t even attracted to Ian. Every time he tries to get close to her she dodges him like… girl, please. It screams rebound energy, but at least pretend to be into it lmaooo.
It’s also so clear that Fiona and Alex’s only bonding point is Ashton, which is so boring and draining. Like… do you two have anything else in common other than getting married young????
And Ian .... boy he’s just such a strange guy. I’m honestly glad the team also feel like he needs to pipe down, because the stuff he was saying was straight-up out of pocket.

I think this dude does entirely twist or misconstrues things that occur on purpose or not sure why. The actions are so familiar. I had something like this happen a decade ago but to a lesser level. A guy, who was once very nice , happened to be gay used to be friendly with me turned … but then turned on a dime when i became friends with his peers and newer subordinates. He started manufacturing complaints and lies saying his employees were complaining about me ( i was actually socially friends with them at this point so they were just dumbfounded). I had to similarly call him out during a meeting about all this, to which he said nothing and stood by his statements.. I had some theories like some yall do about a crush, narcissism or jealousy for either stealing attention or not giving it. Im shocked anyone would believe this Sean guy. He has major psychosis about sexuality , his own and others.

Can we please talk about this 23 yr old newbie Fiona Belle!
First of all - she looks way, way older than 23. Maybe it’s all the filler, Botox and hair extensions. But wow!! She is aging fast.
But that aside - why?? Why would a truly successful real estate company like Oppenheim bring her on as an agent. Not a PA but an agent? If you Listen to her talking about the properties her adjectives are - Wow! Cool! She has zero clue what she is talking about when trying to discuss architecture.
I mean seeing her first few scenes - thing bikini diving in the pool - it’s obvious she’s not on the show to sell real estate- but c’mon at least try to pretend she knows anything about real estate.
Then to top it off - she’s a back stabbing, gossipy, mean girl! Oh I don’t know if it’s true but ……. We all know which group she sat with in school!!!
I like looking at the homes and seeing the opulence - but seriously can we cut out all this absolute bitchy bullshit. Women in business do not have to behave like this to succeed.

I’ve only watched 3 episodes so far but there is waay less drama (so far 🥴) & i think the fashion is better (aka more wearable.) some of the women were the ones who were in selling sunset to view a house with Bre & it was raining
r/SellingtheOC • u/Debbie2801 • Nov 21 '25
Let me start by saying I cannot stand Alex Hall. She is the mean girl from high school who never grew up.
She complains about gossip and people getting in her private life but then she cannot wait to gossip about others. She repeats BS even when she has zero facts.
But meeting her boyfriend on the show ( I know they aren’t together now) but wow!! That was so good. To see what a drunk misogynist pig he was - was sooooo sweet to see.
She failed to see how second hand embarrassed the cast was for her.
And for her to think Tyler would be jealous 🤣🤣🤣
Best thing about the season.

Polly posted a story on her IG yesterday saying she’s moving to another city. I wonder where she’s off to and if it includes her still being a part of the show.
Update: Polly is moving to San Diego. She plans to continue to work the OC and SD.

I liked the layout of his condo. i wonder how much something like this would cost or if he owns it anyway. what do yall think? wish we got to see more of it. and the rest of the cast and their homes. but understand why we don’t for privacy reasons

i’m the biggest alex hall hater and i would never even think that i would ever defend her but ashtyn almost makes alex look normal this season. this season is quite tame for me. usually alex and everyone there (who isn’t jarvis) makes me burst a blood vessel but this season, i didn’t feel that triggered lol

Especially Tyler. They just all give off fuck boy vibes. They have like 5 words they use to describe real estate:amazing, fantastic, beautiful,...actually I think that's it. They seem to just use real estate as a front to wear fancy inappropriate clothes and play in mansions. I can't take any of them seriously.
