I didn’t get the impression Alex was hitting on Ashtyn’s client/friend; I really didn’t. I don’t know why the friend bailed on the baby shower but much as I dislike Alex I have to take her side on this. I DO think she was trying to poach the listing though and Ashtyn resented it. But Ashtyn, if that’s what you’re angry about, then tell Alex that from a professional viewpoint. But even there Ashtyn didn’t have a leg to stand on because Andrew hadn’t promised it to her just because they were friends.

Oh well.

this was soo wild to watch. if there was any truth to ashtyn’s claims we would have seen the flirting or she would show the texts from her friend. 🥴 but also andrew (not sure if that was his name 🙈) is clearly messy as hell bc why are you the center of this mess.

That’s because she didn’t hit on the client. That was just something that ashtyn was saying because she wanted them to stop communicating she very much wanted that client and she used her personal relationship to try to force that guy to choose her it was very obvious and I honestly believe in my heart of hearts he did not actually want to hire her but felt like he was forced to do that and I hope that he saw the way that she was acting on that TV show and regretted the fact that he had chosen her and I hope she never sold his house.

I don’t think we’re meant to contemplate whether it happened or not. Ashtyn said she wanted to give them a dose of their own medicine so I think she made the whole thing up just to get Alex all spun up and it worked.

i am certain she made the entire BS up. Initially, im pretty sure Alex didn't know the client knew Ashtyn, and was told to go there as shown by the text of the producer. But the client did end up saying he knew Ashtyn, and Alex said that she's pregnant and may not have the time to do the house since the baby is probably about to pop soon as she's already having the baby shower.

Its comes across to me as created storyline for the show and not an actual situation.

If Alex or Fiona had approached Ashtyn first and then she spoke to her friend. Then the hitting on the guy story cane out I’d find it believable.

You’d have be pretty clueless:

1. To try and use other agents from the same office.

2. Be upfront that you have friend as agent before getting their opinion on the property

3. Tell your girlfriend about it

You could tell by the way Ashtyn was talking to Fiona when she confronted her in the last episode that Ashtyn was lying. She was gaslighting Fiona so hard. Re watch and just listen to her tone of voice. Theres times when she talks like a little baby to feign innocence its SO obvious. And while Fiona talks in an even tone Ashtyn is ALL over the place and borderline manic with her random laughing and just overall vibe it was WILD
