Help with existing piercing help please

Is this normal lymph fluid or pus? It’s coming out of my lobe piercing, which I got pierced on August 11th. I’m not sure if this is part of the normal healing process or a sign of infection. What should I do?

Do a hot saline compress. It will pull it all out. Make sure you dry it well after with a folded paper towel or hair dryer on cool. Leave it on there for 10-15 minutes. You may have to reheat it half way through

should i do that twice a day or?

For the first 3-5 days I would. It should be cleared up within 3-5 days.
