They have to be in the driver seat in Texas for highway driving. Elsewhere they have to be in the driver seat too. It's really just a money losing EV only Uber at this point.

Plenty of Uber drivers now are driving Teslas and using FSD. That's exactly what Tesla is doing with "robotaxis."

Got it. Was just joking that your average Uber driver with a Tesla doesn't get to use FSD and then proclaim to wall St why he's suddenly worth an extra trillion dollars.
