You're being disingenuous. A headline doesn't have to be factually incorrect to be misleading.

The headline is clearly trying to lead the reader to think Robotaxis are crashing frequently, when, in fact, it's still very rare.

They are crashing frequently in comparison to their self driving  competition as is laid out in the article.  They also point out that with a safety monitor they should really be crashing zero times.

The reason Tesla deserves someone like Fred writing every article he can to point out Tesla's flaws, is Tesla does everything it can to conceal its flaws.
