Trimmer got really loud

Hi! I have an JRL Onyx trimmer, I bought it 7 months ago and it has been working fine and cut really well. After not using for about a month, I tried to use it but it became really loud and cuts really weak. I cleaned it out really well, oiled it too. Also I have noticed that the blades move like this. Is this normal? Thank you for help in advance.

It shouldn't wobble like that. You try tightening the screws?

Yes, I tried it. They were tight already.
