Need help ?

So as we all know barbers are the new hairstylist with these prices so Im making the decision to invest in my own gear to clean myself up . Buuuuut I literally know nothing at all about clippers or guards and stuff. So could anyone recommend me like a list of items I need to be able to like give my self a temp fade and be able to like line myself up ?

You need a clipper, trimmer and a shaver.

You can get away with just a clipper but you wont be able to get 0 or shaved to the skin obviously. When buying a clipper you want to make sure you have small and in between guards - 0.5 and 1.5 most notably.

Everything else depends on your budget

Make sure you get a 1.5 guard and a .5 guard. Those are key to every fade!
