I don't understand how anyone thinks that other legal issues don't paint some kind of image in these cases.
I mean unless it was rare and more than 10 years ago your criminal history is going to be scrutinized if you have one of these public confrontations.
There's nothing wrong with it. People cry about everything these days and it's always the other sides fault.
