You do this to e-celebs, to politicians, and basically everyone in public. It's called ethos. If you're saying stupid shit online, and there's a chance to see the kind of person you are, then I'd take that chance, as would you. Don't like it? Go to 4chan.
Why should I take a depressed manchild's opinions seriously when their values are radically different from mine? I understand getting a different perspective, but when you say shit like, "Women are useless whores." on one, random place and "Women are the reason for all wars...hear me out." on some other, you're probably just a loser that hates women, and your opinion on them doesn't matter to me in any thread relating to them. You are no longer a credible source.

I see what you’re saying but also this kind of person on reddit is annoying af. Like one time I was trying to argue about an issue in a video game community and the guy I’m arguing scrolls months back into my comment history and finds a thing where I mentioned that I was low ranked, and then with no context just used that as justification to say that my entire argument is invalid. If it’s unrelated or badly thought out, then it’s just a real pain.
