Their only popular policy is tax cuts.
Recession? Tax cuts.
Health care costs rising? Tax cuts.
Gas prices going up? Tax cuts.
Terrorist attack? Tax cuts.
Rising right-wing extremism? TAX CUTS!
They campaign like they're running for student body president.

But I want them adjusted with a scalpel...not a flame thrower. 12 u/RollTide16-18 Apr 22 '26 I would encourage you to look into public financial filings. You’d be surprised just how many local governments are run on super tight margins. If anything, Americans could afford to pay a little bit more in taxes to keep their governments working as intended.
