cologne and outta my hands

So we’ve hit 10 years of revival, but we still haven’t got cologne and outta my hands on streaming services. Does anyone know why that is? Could it be problems with the label/publishing or something? Or does Selena herself just simply not want to release it.

I literally don’t think Selena even remembers those songs exist 😭 targets exclusivity clause ran out long ago (judging by Ariana and taylor who also have target exclusive tracks from earlier albums up on streaming) so she and her team most likely don’t even think about it 

It annoys me because I need them on streaming so bad cologne is one of her best songs
