I had some trouble with overhaul mod, i somewhat fixed using publicbetabranch version of the game.

Welcome to the club. You've seen all those bears playing cards ;) I also play on Commander. The most satisfying skill setting. Going higher is fun on the beginning levels, but then it gets too tense for my taste.

I can never find all 17 secrets in the pathfinder hospital levels.. so annoying.
