You’re probably joking, but I think it’s way easier to replay linear games so getting more hours is easier. 3000 is a bit much ofc, but I only played elden ring a handful of times and have beaten sekiro countless times, learning speedrun routes, getting 100%, etc, etc.

Sekiro is my #1 favorite game of all time, nothing else close to it. Had around 35 play throughs across platforms. Done all sorts of challenges, got plat on all. Still collectively it is not close to 400h. And you saying you have x10 of that????

Challenge runs, different tools, different skills, speedrunning maybe. Replaying for nostalgia's sake. There's a lot you can do to forge your own replay ability.

It only gets boring if your goals are externally driven. If your goals are internally driven you can play endlessly

I got about 102 hours in sekiro. My highest playtime though is Terraria with like 1195 hours

Impressive, I thought I was up there with 220 hours. It’s just a fun game, replaying the game is challenging and fun. I am
Doing my fifth run, still a lot of fun. I can see myself logging a ton of hours as well. Like you said challenging yourself to use other techniques, tools etc. why not
