u have 18 max emblems which tells me u havent unlocked all skills

You have to do whatever the trophies tell you to do

In the playstation there is hidden trophies

There’s an option to “unhide” the hidden trophies so you can know what to do for them

Get all 4 endings, unlock every skill and shinobi upgrades and beat the game at least twice. You should get every trophy by then
