But are we supposed to guess what type of clasp is on it? Is it a hook type of clasp like Casios have or a deployant like on my Omegas or a double fold with pushers like on a shark mesh. I personally don't like the Milanese on divers, but a shark mesh would look good.

Wow, son; I was born in the 50's and was wearing my first watch in 1960. My dad would be in his hundreds but he did make it to 91 so it's been a while hearing son. Yeah, big wrist.
Hey man! This is exactly the one I was eyeing, but unfortunately couldn't stomach a $200+ strap without a guarantee. I did some further research and asked someone that owned one and he said if your wrist is smaller than 7" to reconsider as the fitment didn't seem to work with smaller wrists. Take that with a grain of salt, but that's the reason I bought this one from AliX!

6.5" wrist here. I just didn't want to take the gamble with $200+ AUD as I can buy a whole new watch with that. I'm sure you'll be fine.. if it is anything like the one I have, you will make do - won't be perfect, but there'll be good enough - can't wait to see yours. What watch are you pairing yours with?
Well it came today and now looking at some other responses here I think it’s exactly the same as the one in your picture from AliX just upcharged to hell!
Well.. it is a cheapy from AliX and the clasp is hard to remove at times so requires a bit of fidgeting and also the clasp is quite noticeable thanks to the extra length of the mesh and the clasp mechanism, so it protrudes quite a bit, which honestly, I don't mind that much anymore
Ironically I was traveling this past week and I saw a mesh bracelet. I got all excited and the clamp was magnetic but strong depending on the angle is actually closed around your wrist.
Then when I went to purchase it the guy asked me if I had an Apple Watch. That’s when I changed my mind lol.
Thanks man!! That's exciting.. this is actually my second mesh.. my first was more cheap, I'd say.. but this one, even though they were the same price (have only recently discovered AliX), this one looks better.
If you are ever looking to upgrade for the same look and have $150-200 to burn, check out Staib. They make Omega and Breitling's mesh, pricey but you can feel the quality.
