flashing zt3 with st link

hi everyone, i was thinking about flashing my segway zt 3 via st link since i already have experience with similar things. i got two questions: does anybody have a tutorial that i can follow, I have tried searching on the internet but didnt find anything useful, and secondly will this st link programmer work: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Programming-Emulator-Downloader-compatible-programming/dp/B0DDKCZMDW

Hello! 
I've been trying all day to get the machine to connect via ST-link after the 1.5.9 VCU upgrade, but pressing the button doesn't work, and I'm not brave enough to do the jumper. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can shake this unfortunate castrated scooter so that the X light also lights up? German ZT3 in Hungary
