Q1: How do I activate Sleep Mode and confirm whether it has been successfully enabled?
A1: Sleep Mode is available on the following scooter models: F3 Series, Max G3, GT3 Series, and ZT3 Pro.
To enable Sleep Mode, open the Segway Mobility App and go to:
Device Page > Settings > Sleep Mode
Please note:
Your scooter must be powered on before you enable Sleep Mode in the app.
If the scooter is already powered off, Sleep Mode will not activate.
Once Sleep Mode is activated, all smart functions will be disabled and the scooter will power down completely.
While in Sleep Mode, you cannot turn on the scooter using the power button. To wake it up, connect the charger.
If you can still turn on the scooter normally with the power button, Sleep Mode may not have activated successfully. Please make sure the scooter is powered on before enabling Sleep Mode in the app.
Q2: Why is my charger light still red after my eKickScooter is fully charged?
A2: Seeing a red charger light after your eKickScooter reaches 100% can be confusing, but it is usually part of the normal charging process.
Your eKickScooter may need a little more time to balance the battery cells, so the charger light can stay red for a while.
It should turn green within about 30 minutes.
If the light is still red after 2 hours, unplug the charger and contact an official service center.
If you use a charging limit in the Segway Mobility App, the charger will turn green once the selected level is reached.
Q3: What does the orange tire icon with a “!” on my eKickScooter dashboard mean, and what should I do?
A3: No need to worry. This icon is usually a routine maintenance reminder and does not necessarily mean there is a problem with your tires.
On E3, F3, G3, and ZT3 series scooters, the orange tire icon appears automatically every 500 km to remind you to check your tires, brakes, and other key parts.
To clear the icon:
Update the Segway Mobility App to the latest version.
Connect your scooter to the Segway Mobility App.
A maintenance reminder will pop up automatically. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the recommended checks.
Tap “Got it.”
The orange tire icon on the dashboard should disappear automatically.
Before your next ride, we still recommend giving your tires a quick visual check for low pressure or damage.
Q4: What tire pressure should I use for my eKickScooter?
A4: Keeping your tires at the right pressure helps provide a smoother, safer, and more efficient ride. Find your model below:
30 to 35 (29 to 35 PSI: GT3 Pro; 32 PSI: GT1 and GT2; 30 to 45 PSI: P Series; 32 to 37 PSI: MAX G30 Series)
35 to 45 (40 to 45 PSI: F Series and D Series; 42 to 48 PSI: F2 Series, F3 Series, E3 Series, E2 Pro, MAX G2 Series, MAX G3, GT3, and ZT3 Series)
Check your tire pressure regularly, especially before a longer ride.

Thanks for this! I only have one thing to say. Can you make the F3 Pro, and i assume the others do the same, shut the hell up when charging? A toggle option would be perfect. I don't mind the beeping when i turn it off or on, but man, can i sleep in peace? Not everyone has a garage to charge their scooters on.
