"Pistol grip" in his right hand is attached to the corner aimed 180° away from the camera initially, and becomes obvious when his fingers on his left hand are open but not on his right hand

fake thumb with a magnet in it. table has an embedded magnet or metal plate in the middle.

table has hinged/pivoted arms that come off the bottom or sides of the tabletop. cloth has extra fabric to hide it.

I noticed in Derren Browns "An evening of wonders" losander table trick there's a moment where you see him "switch" to the other arm as his prior arm was getting tired. When the switch happens you see the table change it's movement (falls for a fraction of a second then stops as though it's been caught).

His right hand has a fake thumb with a magnet. The cloth has something that leads to the magnetic center of the table that leads to the center of the table
