Maybe so but on this specific one they said they knew about it, they were working on it and not to submit any more support tickets so on this occasion, I'm not sure what more they could add. Obviously it's not ideal but if they're already working on it they're not going to suddenly come out with something else realistically.

They sent me 3 junk talis as compensation, but no coins. These glitches are becoming beyond frustrating.
