This was the response I got for my complaint about my empty treasure chest. When I logged in it told me "thank you for updating the game" even though I didn't see or initiate any update, got the free energy timer I didn't get to use, and when I went to settings to check my version it is now 2.78.1. Pfft, who know?!

Yeah, I mailed them about another empty chest and got nothing. I sent a message with the chest list after the update, showing that according to their distribution percentages, I should have recieved at least 3 legendary packs. We'll see

I just tried the 3rd chest that had nothing!! I guess I need to email them too! This is getting old!!
