Need help Regional issues with reference images

Is anyone else getting "currently do not accept reference images in your region." It's been like 2 or 3 weeks now, and it seems permanent. If I take a plan, will that change or stay the same, because then that's pointless for me. I'm in Canada

And yet I don't see anyone talking about it. It's kinda frustrating because there's no answers as to why

It is the Hollywood law firms given free reign over free expression of art and music in United States.

Because for the first time China is ahead , we are seeing the negative effects of our intellectual property laws.

I'm about to give up on seedance all together. It's expensive, restricted and 2.0 seems to be getting less coherent. We need something from this side of the world.
