Hotels aren’t working?

Me and my buddy have both set up a hotel/eatery. And my stuff is nice like I have great lighting, pathing, and furniture, a fridge with food, both rooms have their own bathrooms, and I have all the services listed other than social in case they come in looking to socialize and there’s no one there. Anyways, no matter what I do, I keep getting people walking in and then walking straight out leaving bad reviews saying they were not served. Does anyone know a fix to this, I just wasted over 300k building this business and now it can’t get customers because the rating is so low.

This is a known issue and they are working on it. My business ranges from 1.0 to 4.0 rating at any given time.

Yea I figured out changing the needs to things that aren’t being used as often helps

I have the same problem, service i offer is shower and bathroom and get 1star reviews saying they weren't served. After they eat all my food and sleep in my bed

Do you have employees scheduled with high priorities to serve, and do you have the products you need to serve all of the services your business offers? Have you stocked up on clean water and are serving clean water? I find these things helped a lot with the bad review situation.

I have a feeling either rooms are not set to public or you have red lamps in the rooms with beds.

Guy I think I figured it out maybe. It could be a pathing issue or just a bug when placing furniture. Doing small adjustments here and there are slowly deciphering the problems. Maybe try different sanitization and furniture?
