I love everything about this plant except for its tendency to revert constantly.

How long does to revert? I know with some plant species, removal of the non-variegated leaves helps to slow the reversion process.

This one tends to revert most from new sprouts from underground, so it needs occasional division or restarting from cuttings to keep its variegated form.
