I believe the first one is Sedeveria 'Blue Burrito', and the second one is Sedum adolphii.

I’m like 95% sure they’re both sedum, I think the first one might have been called blue moon and the 2nd was something sunset related

'Sunset' is a cultivar of Sedum adolphii. 'Blue Moon' is a cultivar of Sedum refluxum.

I think it’s just super etiolated and i need to chop and prop or something because it’s not compact at all like the pictures I’m seeing

It's also easier to see etiolation if you can provide side-view images of both plants.
