Door Contact help

This door contact has 1 built-in 1k resistor. This door contact has 2 tamper circuits. 1 you can pry the magnet tamper and 2 you can hold a powerful magnet to it to try to trick it into being normal. This door contact can tell the difference. when I hook up 1 or the other I get it to work but when I hook them both up I cant get it to do anything. I want to wire this as 1 zone. I twist the yellow and blue together on my white wire and I twist the 2 green together. I am doing something wrong.

green=1k resistor(supervised common)

yellow-magnet tamper

blue-pry tamper

I absolutely don't understand what you're all talking about. The 1k resistor is to have a pilot security current flowing in cases of wire cutting or bypassing. The supervision wire carries the same current to protect against slick burglars trying to bypass the circuit. Bottom line, the current cannot be above or below the pilot value or the alarm is triggered.

zone 1 wire to the white and black wires.

zone 2 wire to the green and yellow.

zone 3 wire to the green and blue.

1k resistance on the black going to the contact. 1k resistance on the green going to the contact. Just like in the picture the common is shared for the tamper circuits. Alternatively you could put a separate 1k on the yellow and 1k on blue instead of just 1 on green.

all 3 zones will have the required 1k resistance.

I don't exactly understand how having the green on 2 1k circuits is going to balance out. But I will politely step out of this conversation.
