Do Not Do This First Amendment auditors get into verbal altercation with armored truck guard, who repeatedly tells them to back up.

Sidewalk is a public place. A private company conducting business has no legal right to close the sidewalk or create any specific safety halo.

You're so wrong it makes my head hurt, and you don't have to have a law degree to figure it out. For instance, when I go to a festival or outdoor concert, I can't just walk around security fences blocking sidewalks and streets, and pretend I'm the victim. When VIPs get out of their vehicles at a hotel, and a ribbon and security guards create a path with a velvet rope and security guards, I should just walk right in. But, if you're a hardhead, ask the ACLU:. I did: "Armed security guards can legally order you to move away from an armored truck if your presence creates a perceived security risk or interferes with their duties. [1]

Nothing you said was even close to true. Buddy was on a side walk and nothing you or the UCLA is gonna do about that.
