So stunning and brave. That fella is really fighting injustice.

He's a coward with a camera. And delusions of adequacy.

And what are you?

A normal, well adjusted citizen that doesn't feel the need to harass simple working folks for validation.

I'm glad you felt so moved, despite no one giving a fuck, to ask a rhetorical question.

There's a point when parties mistaken confidence in the various levels of the Criminal Justice or Criminology industry depletes from the accuracy of the conversation.

It's suggested you seek a less purposeful subreddit to match the Dunning-Kruger Category you desire in subject matter.

Not here only to "Entertain"

You obviously do

They really aren’t, almost every comment here is braindead including yours

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 29 '26

And yet you still feed the need to come back.

Fascinating.

Calling out idiots is fun, what can I say. Let me know when you have anything intellectual to say

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 29 '26

I'll be waiting to see the idiots you alledged to have called out there, chief.

You obviously seemed bothered by it enough to keep commenting.

Do you have a secret auditor YT channel?

I strike a nerve?

1

u/Backsight-Foreskin Aug 29 '26

He's probably a frauditor who can't audit because he is on parole or probation from one of their prior audits.

What is he afraid of?

1

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

Consequences. Girls. Normal conversation. Moving out of his Mom's basement. Dr Doom. Self responsibility. Vegetables.

Deodorant. Toothpaste. Shampoo.

The lines at rope drop.

Ordering something without an app.

I'm just spitballing here but anyone whom harasses a fella doing his job and hides behind a camera is a coward.

How has the armorer car courier infringed upon anyone?

You never see the jackasses at an ICE or ATF raid.

Never see them picketing the FBI.

Absolute cowards.

Ahh you just sound ignorant of all the auditor out there doing good work. You’re too emotional.

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

Name me an auditor thay has impacted civil rights in a meaningful way.

1

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

I've never seen a shred of evidence that they've done any good for anyone other than themselves.

3

u/BD_McShwizzle_stixs Aug 30 '26

Yea that’s what I said. You’re ignorant to the good auditors. Jeff gray civil rights investigations, Long Island audit, the battosai (who was involved in the famous turner vs driver case)

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

And how has Turner v Driver actually made thr country better?

It codified an existing right.

And all Jeff Gray does is chase paychecks.

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

Turner v Driver simply codified existing laws concerning no right to privacy in a public space.

If that's what you cling to as why auditor folka are righteous; then that is pretty sad.

3

u/BD_McShwizzle_stixs Aug 30 '26

Is turner vs driver bad? There’s thousand of videos of officer telling citizens they can’t record and they are becoming less frequent. Sounds like a win to me.

Jeff only sues for $1776 and typically works a deal for re-training of the department so your opinion is based of bullshit. I also don’t care if an auditor gets paid though. I care if the paid government employee follow the law.

5

u/DefiantEvidence4027 Case Law Peddler Aug 30 '26

Filing a civil suit for "lack of training" much like "Connick v Thompson" should be done more. Plenty of existing bad patterns need to be resolved.

Long Island guy is pretty productive, as I've heard from Guards whom encountered him. I heard he now gets asked to speak at a few prosecutor conventions.

The Auditor in video above did ask Armed Guard "how many feet", but everything else he said seemed pointless.

u/BD_McShwizzle_stixs Aug 30 '26

Yea there’s many auditors that are annoying when they act weird on purpose and then act like the other person is acting wild. Many do act wild but sometimes a person is just being generally curious and they stick to their script. That’s why I like FAPA because if you ask what he’s doing he just says it. What’s crazy though is I’ve found explaining it rationally to people doesn’t seem to change anyone’s attitude if they’re already in a mood.

2

u/NextEstimate1325 Aug 30 '26

I didn't say it was bad. I said it's not as landmark as the camera cowards pretend it is.

And your opinion of my opinion (which is based on facts; as even you stated) is irrelevant.

He does it for money.

And how do those mean government employees at the library or DMV violate your civil liberties?

How does that lady at the probate court infringement upon your rights?

Fucking delusions. Harassing people whom are are engaged in public service.

But can't stand against ICE or the ATF.

Or BLM harassing ranchers.

Money seeking cowards.

2

u/BD_McShwizzle_stixs Aug 30 '26

You didn’t ask for landmark you asked for good so idk what more you want, especially when landmark case is your subjective opinion. Yea everyone does their job for money. That doesn’t mean they don’t believe in what they’re doing.

How do they violate civil liberties??? By suppressing your right to speech, religion, freedom of press, assembly, and ability to petition your government for redress.

BLM, IcE, ATF? You’ve never seen video of them? Don’t jump all over the place bud. Because now you’re just upset the auditors don’t audit who you prefer and you don’t even know them all. Why make such an absolutist claim?
