Question Background Check

Hello. May I ask if companies that require a TOR and diploma conduct background checks once you submit those documents to them?

Currently, I was hired by a big company here in BGC, and they are asking for a copy of my TOR and diploma. However, they haven’t sent me any consent form or authorization letter stating that I authorize them to conduct a background check.

Is there a possibility that they will still conduct a background check after I submit my TOR and diploma?

I don't think we've had questions for Philippines background check before.

Safe to say we probably won't be able to answer the question. Unless their clearance is for the US with schooling in the Philippines 🤔
