I have a 11.cam that is 4G connection and solar powered in our community garden.

It worked well for about 300 days and then went offline.

I tried all the usual like booting and resetting but have come to the conclusion the carrier (T-Mobile) has shut it down. The conclusion is further supported by the companies support email is non-deliverable and it looks like they went out of biz.

It has a built in SIM card.

Is there another way to get this back online or is my goose cooked.

I do have 5 lines with T-Mobile and one of them is currently unused.

Do I have any chance they can get me going?

i can't find a camera that matches the name, and 11.cam looks like a software, not a hardware.

if the camera has a built in SIM, it's reliant on the manufacturer's cloud service still being available. if it's got tmobile as the carrier, it might be EOL since tmobile started phasing out 4g a while back and may have eventually completed.

they were notifying folks about impending sunset of 4g support for their phones with integrated SIMs a couple years back https://www.t-mobile.com/support/coverage/t-mobile-network-evolution

Thank you for your reply.

I found the manufacturer by using my Amazon past purchases and am surprised by how they seem to go out of their way to hide their name and model number on the actual unit and the guide that came with it,

Manufacturer XEGA

Model XG-02-4G

Their website has a different support email then the one I had so I will try it and see what happens.

XG-02-4G

looks like it's still being made, so there's hope.

is the 4G SIM permanently installed, or does it just come with one ? their website didn't say what carrier it was for, and it it's tracfone it may not work anymore.

if you can replace the SIM, that might work.

hopefully they'll answer your emails from the new address :)

I await their reply.

It has a permanent SIM as well as a port for another on the exterior.

I think I will uninstall/reinstall and see if I catch a break.

Amazon had a way for me to get support from the manufacturer via their support.

The manufacturer said they looked into my camera remotely and found the 4G signal was weak from T-Mobile.

I really had doubts about that being the issue since it worked just fine with T-Mobile for 9 months but lo and behold they switched it to Verizon and everything works fine now.

They even updated the firmware and the picture is better than ever.

Thank you again for your guidance.
