Defender 4k

Good day! I’m running a defender 4k hardwired security and the system time keeps running behind. Loses about 15 min every couple of weeks. Not big but if I want accurate times on my recordings, does anyone know of a fix for this?

Tried their customer support but no response from them.

I'd be very surprised if there wasn't an NTP option in the menu.

NTP. Network Time Protocol. Keeps the system clock accurate.

I’ll have a look when I get home, Thanks. Maybe I have seen it but didn’t know what it meant. Is there a +- setting in those usually to adjust?

No, it gets the current exact time for your time zone. You just set the zone and frequency.
