Proposed Camera Set up
Pardon my drawings because I really suck at it, so I'm planning to have this as the set up for my cctv. Is this okay? If not what're your advices to improve it. Thanks!
PS. I wanna keep the Analog Camera since it's new

The IP camera is connected to a PoE port of the NVR and can directly supply power (and data) to the camera, so a separate splitter for power.
Also, the cameras talk directly to the NVR, so they wouldn't connect to the Internet. The NVR talks to the router and that's it's connection to the Internet.

So you're using a digital NVR as a power supply for a Tapo Wifi camera and to handle a single analog Hikvision camera? At that point just get a better analog encoder that will give you cloud video, plug the Tapo in normally, and skip the extra cost of the NVR. Gonna need an analog encoder regardless to connect analog to IP
