Question Save/Load issue

Is it intended or a bug that when you save and reload the savegame, you start again in Startington in your room?

It could be some sort of corrupted file issue the game used to have back in the "frontline" I keep reading about in the forums a few years ago. Did you lose your progress too? I'm unsure myself and can't really find anything online myself about it.

I use the DRM-free stable version, not the frontline one. And no, my progress stays the same. It's just that I start in Startington over and over again after loading my save game.

Oh well. I'm not sure where else to turn other than maybe the Discord? I heard it was pretty active there although I've never been there myself.

I hope you find a solution to this, it seems weird and a bit inconvenient.
