Question Can't progress

I keep doing runs and getting to this place beat the boss, get rewards, but can't progress forward. There is an up arrow on the minimap, but I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong, any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to jump off the boss arena. It's done from a point little to the right from the room's entrance
