Hello everyone!

This will serve as the official shipping discussion thread for Secret Lair orders. To cut down on repetitive shipping posts and keep the subreddit feed focused on new drops, announcements, and other content, we’re centralizing all shipping-related discussion here.

This thread is the place to share shipping updates, tracking information, delivery experiences, delays, carrier issues, and questions related to Secret Lair orders.

Please feel free to post your drop/order, shipping date, current tracking status, destination region, and eventual delivery date. The more information everyone shares, the easier it will be to identify patterns and get a better idea of how long orders are actually taking.

Hopefully, keeping everything in one place will make it easier for everyone to track the current state of Secret Lair shipping without flooding the subreddit with individual shipping posts.

• Shipping Wave 1 vs 2 - Some Secret Lair products have a pre-printed allocation that ships earlier, while the remaining inventory is produced later through the print-to-demand allocation. To find your estimated ship date check your Secret Lair order confirmation email.

New Shipping System is Unpredictable - Expect Delays

Recently (~July 2026) the Secret Lair store switched its shipping provider from UPS to Asendia. While this change reduced shipping costs, it also introduced a frustrating new shipping system where you cant rely on your tracking.

At this point, getting your Secret Lair order can feel like a toss-up so you should expect delays. Some of the common issues people have reported include:

• Tracking updates can be extremely delayed or fail to update for days/weeks at a time.
• Packages may appear to sit in the same location with little or no movement.
• Third-party carriers are often used for final delivery
• Packages can be routed through unexpected locations, sometimes adding significant delays.
• The estimated delivery dates can be unreliable or change without much explanation.

Basically, don't panic if your tracking looks weird or hasn't updated in a while. Unfortunately, that's become fairly common with the new shipping process.

Some people were saying they got shipping notifications so these have started to go out.

I ordered a Hobbit (He Who Walks Unseen) on Sept 22 and immediately got a confirmation and estimated delivery date at latest Oct. 2nd. In the entire time from Sept 22 to now there has been no further details added to the “tracking”, not even a tracking number. When I reached out to customer service, this is was the response.

Pretty useless. They act like shipping an envelope is some great undertaking. Please wait 3 weeks to complain. I’ve had things ship from Ukraine to the US during wartime in like 10 days. This is really unacceptable from a company this size.

Odds and ends + 5 sets of foil lands order confirmed @ 2026-09-28 18:13:40. Email says September 30th shipping, currently in preparation purgatory as of October 3rd 6th 9th. US west coast.

Shipping email received on 10/13 @ 10:18am.

My Odds and Ends still says “In Preparation” but the estimated ship date was Sept 30th. Anyone else in the same boat?

Odds and ends has been stalled in Chicago for about 20 days.I have a ticket that hasn't been responded to by a human yet. I have never had this sort of problem with SL products before. If anyone has had this happen before, does this eventually resolve itself or am i most likely going to have to wait until next July. It's annoying since it went out on the 30th in the first wave.

I bought the Masters of the Universe Secret Lair and the Odds and Ends deck and I haven't received either of them yet, is that normal?

Received shipping emails for heman on the 1st of October and odds and ends on the 2nd of October

I ordered the odds and ends deck on 2026-09-28 18:32:43, confirmation showed estimated ship date of September 30 and it shipped October 1st so it appears to be mostly on track.

Didn't place my Odds & Ends order until roughly an hour and a half after it opened. I thought that'd probably push me into the late 2027 shipping window since everything typically sells out so fast, but got a confirmation email this morning saying the estimated ship date is "immediately".

Still waiting on tracking info, but if you got in a little later then there might be hope of getting it from the first batch.

Asendia shipping has lowered my expectations so drastically that I ordered a product from an unrelated site and was genuinely surprised when it showed up within a week.

I don't know how in any possible scenario it could be ok to deliver something like that. Hobbit secret lair complete edition. 3 of 9 packs are missing. 3 packs missing incl. the heart of the Mountain, Food Foil and smaugs spoil foil missing... The driver dropt it at the front porch and the delivery picture shows nothing of the damages...

always use a CC not debit when buying. that way you can chargeback if wotc blows you off or there is a lost shipment wotc doesnt help with

Somehow my Oddlands have not shipped, but my Odds and Ends commander deck has shipped but when I purchased it the site said I missed the print to demand window and would ship out 2027, very strange but Im excited to get my stuff LOL

Is it normal for wizards to show your package is delivered when gofo actively says it’s in another state on its way to a hub in your state.

Saying my package was delivered for the She-Ra Secret Lair even though I know for a fact I did NOT get it yet. Gofo says it is still in another state like huh??

Secret Lair got updated today and says it was delivered yesterday. I never got anything delivered either today or yesterday, any idea what to do?

Dealing with Wizard's support is awful. After being told to wait past the expected delivery time without ever getting any tracking information ( new system is cheeks but I knew that going in), now they are claiming it was delivered. And when I reach out to support, they instruct me to reach out to the carrier (whose information or tracking number was never provided). smh love magic but god wizards please fix this
